Instead of coffee in the mornings, I do my morning fuel a little different. Don’t get me wrong, I do love the taste of coffee. However, my body needed a safer energy fuel alternative. Every morning, I make a drink blend with Turmeric, Green Tea, and Migra-Free. I mix those supplements with orange juice or açaí juice.
As I have mentioned before, I suffer from frequent headaches. I have been constantly searching for a natural remedy for headaches that actually worked. I love to use essential oils for headache relief, but I wanted to find something for headache prevention. I am so inconsistent with most of my supplements, but these are the three that have really stuck with me…. because they work wonders!
A friend of mine recommended that I try Tumeric for headache relief. Turmeric is a natural anti-inflammatory compound that fights inflammation in the body. Chronic headaches could be due to inflammation, so I decided to give Turmeric a go! Even if you do not suffer from daily headaches, then there are many other benefits of Turmeric. Here are a few:

I use the Green Tea extract as my energy source in the morning. Green Tea is a more natural energy source, as opposed to caffeine in coffee. I love the taste of coffee, but I also love the taste of Green Tea.
Lastly, I started adding Migra-Free to my morning drink. Migra-Free is an herbal supplement that aids in preventing migraines. Since I started taking this supplement, my migraines have lessened greatly. If taken every day, Migra-Free can work to stabilize blood vessels and promotes healthy brain/blood circulation.
