My new favorite healthy snack is a chickpea (garbanzo beans), avocado, and feta salad. This salad takes 5 minutes to make, and it is delicious! This is the perfect snack to pack for work, school, or on the go. Enjoy!
What you need:
- 1 can of chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and washed
- 1-2 avocados, chopped
- A handful of feta cheese
- 1 lime, juiced
- Seasonings: pepper, and Italian seasoning
- Mix everything together in a medium size bowl and enjoy!
